This role requires RCAL to prepare monthly financial statements for presentation to the board. A financial monitoring role is also part of the service whereby RCAL provides advice and guidance on the financial state of the business on an ongoing basis. RCAL also provide specialist financial input to the annual financial plan as well as operating the PHOs payroll process at each fortnight period. This service allows the PHO to focus on the business of providing primary health care services to the region without worrying about the complexities associated with internal financial management.
